Ghent2013: 2nd International Forum of EYP-Europolis Belgium

From 6 - 13 April 2013, EYP-Europolis Belgium will organise Ghent2013: 2nd International Forum of EYP-Europolis Belgium.

Around 160 youngsters will participate in this 7 day forum of the European Youth Parliament, taking place in the beautiful city of Ghent.

Ghent is a historic city, yet at the same time a contemporary one. The city is praised for its brilliant mix of a wonderful past and a vibrant present. Here hides one of Europe´s finest panoramas of water, spires and centuries-old grand houses. Cosy corners alternate with pleasant and busy shopping streets. Ghent distinguishes itself from other Flemish cities by its medley of industry and commerce, and an agreeable inner city that has preserved much of its old mediaeval spots. With almost 65000 higher education students, Ghent is also Flanders´ biggest university town.

The session theme "Youth in Progress" enables us to raise the concerns and priorities of the European youth.
