EYP New Year´s Eve 2009

EYP New Year´s Eve 2009 EYP Germany hosts New Year´s Eve 2009 in Berlin! December 30th 2009 to January 1st 2010.

PARTY, EXCITEMENT AND YOU!

The best way to spend the very last minutes of 2009 is among your beloved fellow EYPers from all over the continent. Therefore we are

INVITING ALL OF YOU TO COME TO BERLIN FOR THE EYP NEW YEAR´S PARTY!

This European year has deserved a European farewell and the EYP´s very own mixture of fun, mind-claiming activities and outstanding parties provides, arguably, the most suitable framework.

The programme includes: The very first EuroVillage "New Year´s Eve Special Edition"! Share your personal, local and national NYE traditions: Contribute your traditional food, beverages, games, etc. and experience a non-conference EYP session which you will not forget.

The provisional agenda reads:

December 30th
 -   Using your mind in 2009: Workshops with EYPers & guests.
 -   Party

December 31st
 -   EuroVillage "New Year´s Eve Edition"
 -   Farewell 2009 - Welcome 2010

Bits of advice
Accomodation: The Facebook page lists hostels, these are recommendations. If you find alternatives which seem more adequate for your standards feel free to settle down there. We trust you to be able to arrange for your own accomodations. However, should you have trouble finding a room make sure to contact us.

Journey: Visa invitations for non-EU residents can be obtained through the EYP Germany´s office by contacting one of the organisers. Please bear in mind that embassies do have Christmas holidays too!

Old story: The earlier you book flights etc. the cheaper it will be. Also Eurolines and other cheap ways of travelling can be used to get to Berlin.

Participation fee: In order to book venues we will have to ask you to give a compulsary fee which will not exceed 30 Euros. Specific details will follow soon (check the facebook group or contact us directly).
